We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. Electric Novelties uses UPS courier services.

Delivery costs are calculated in real-time during the checkout process, and you will be prompted to choose your preferred delivery option.

Orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed from Friday 2 pm until Sunday night, are dispatched on the following Monday.

Where Does Electric Novelties Deliver?

At the moment, Electric Novelties only ships to within the continental United States.

Orders placed for delivery to non-deliverable addresses will be canceled and payment refunded.

What Is Your Estimated Delivery Time Within The US?

We know that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you, and that’s why we strive to deliver your items within 7-9 business days from the time of purchase.

Can I Adjust Or Cancel My Order?

Absolutely! We want to make sure you receive your items exactly where and when you want them, and we understand that sometimes plans change.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

No problem at all! As long as your items haven’t been shipped yet, we’re happy to help you update your address. You may send us an email or contact us and we’ll assist you with making the necessary changes.

Can I Adjust The Quantity Of My Order?

Of course! Our goal is to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order and ensure you get the perfect quantity of products you need to meet your business needs.

If the items haven’t been shipped, and you need to reduce the quantity of your order, simply send us an email or contact us and we’ll remove the excess products from your list, and issue you a full refund for those items.

However, Please keep in mind that once your order has been shipped out, we won’t be able to make any changes to your order.

We offer a First Class tracking service by UPS. With this service, you will be sent an email once your parcel has been dispatched containing the tracking number to monitor the location of your order. Use this number to track your parcel from around 8 pm on the day of dispatch via UPS

What If You’re Unavailable When Your Order Arrives?

If you’re out when the postman calls, your postman or courier will leave a card telling you where to pick up your discreetly packaged order.

What If Your Order Doesn’t Arrive When Expected?

If your UPS delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please send us an email or contact us. We will check with UPS and potentially launch an investigation if the packages are lost.

What If Deliveries Are Returned To Your Warehouse As Undeliverable?

In most cases, undeliverable deliveries are the result of using PO boxes as addresses at certain locations. As UPS delivery to PO boxes is not available in all areas, please check with UPS to confirm their delivery capabilities in your specific location.

If a delivery is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.

What Happens When The Package Is Lost Or Damaged During Shipping?

It’s very important to us that you receive your packages in good condition and that our products are experienced as designed. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please send us an email or contact us as soon as possible.

In the case of a lost package, we will launch an investigation with UPS and find a solution to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

For items that are damaged upon arrival, please provide photos of the damaged items so that we can file a claim with UPS. Once the claim is approved by UPS and is reimbursed, we can arrange for a replacement shipment.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and with our discreet packaging you can shop in confidence. With totally plain packaging, the only person getting excited by your delivery is you.

What Will Be Written On The Packaging?

UPS requires us to have a return address on your parcel. This is shown as Electric Eel Inc.

Your credit or debit card statement will show a charge to Electric Eel Inc.

What Will Your Parcel Look Like?

All orders are sent in plain packaging. There’s absolutely no way of telling what’s inside the parcel or who the sender is. Here are photographs of how your Electric Novelties order is discreetly and securely packaged.

Larger items are dispatched in our plain, sturdy custom-made boxes, and are double-wrapped with heavy-duty packing tape.


Smaller items are sent in plain, heavy-duty padded envelopes.

There are no markings on the back or side of your parcel. The only markings are your address label on the front, which appears as below, and a UPS courier sticker depending on the service used.
